As a DevOps Observability Engineer, I specialize in driving the implementation, optimization, and adoption of observability solutions to enhance system reliability and performance. My core responsibilities include:

Observability Enablement: Leading the adoption of observability tools (e.g., Elastic Stack) across operations (Ops) and project engineering (MOE) teams by designing training programs, creating documentation, and providing hands-on coaching to ensure effective tool utilization.
Elasticsearch Cluster Management: Administering 12+ Elasticsearch clusters, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability and scalability to meet organizational SLAs.
Automation & Log Pipeline Engineering: Developing and automating end-to-end log ingestion workflows (e.g., via scripting) to streamline data collection, parsing, and storage in Elasticsearch, reducing manual effort and improving data consistency.
End-to-End Support: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored Elasticsearch solutions, from initial requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
