At Sintetica SA, a Swiss sterile injectable manufacturer, I managed a broad quality assurance scope covering PQR preparation, document control, deviation and CAPA management, change control, and batch record review. I designed and delivered GMP/GDP training programs for site personnel, handled customer complaint investigations, and actively contributed to audit preparation and self inspection readiness for Swissmedic inspections.

At Copharmay & Pharmar, I led the COVID-19 vaccine unit in La Réunion, managing the end-to-end cold chain process including order reception, ultra-low temperature storage, and distribution logistics. I trained staff on vaccine handling and delivery protocols, and managed quality complaints in close collaboration with community pharmacists and regional health authorities. The unit' s operational success in La Réunion led to the direct transposition of the process to Mayotte, demonstrating both scalability and cross site impact.

At Pfizer ' s Paris headquarters, I managed the end-to-end global customer complaint process, coordinating with manufacturing sites across multiple countries to gather investigation outcomes and consolidate reports before formal closure. I acted as the central interface between HQ and international sites, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout. I also worked in close collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs team on packaging change management, covering cartons, package leaflets, and labels across multiple markets.
