• ● Administrative management of construction sites: verification of prerequisite documents (signed quotations, deposits, approved execution drawings, regulatory authorizations).

• ● Client relations and operational follow-up: regular site meetings and written reporting on progress and next steps.

• ● Procurement management: supplier orders, delivery coordination, and monitoring of administrative procedures.

• ● Design of 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

• ● Site supervision and monitoring of compliance with specifications and deadlines.

• ● Participation in client meetings to analyze needs, define the project brief, and establish design directions.
