Je suis directeur de programme / senior manager avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans la transformation des entreprises, principalement autour de SAP, des organisations complexes et des projets à forts enjeux. J’interviens aussi bien sur le pilotage stratégique que sur l’exécution opérationnelle : gouvernance, budget, équipes, partenaires, risques, conduite du changement et delivery.

Ma valeur ajoutée pour mes clients est de sécuriser les projets critiques et de transformer la complexité en résultats concrets. Je combine vision business, maîtrise IT et capacité à fédérer les équipes internes comme externes, y compris dans des environnements internationaux. J’apporte rapidement de la structure, de la clarté et des décisions efficaces.

Concrètement, mes clients me sollicitent pour remettre un programme sous contrôle, accélérer une transformation, améliorer la performance opérationnelle ou garantir un go-live réussi. Mon objectif est toujours le même : délivrer durablement, avec qualité, dans les délais et avec l’adhésion des équipes.
