The activity covers: -scoping and identification of interface requirements -solution definition and gap identification -technical and functional support -system Integration and architecture design -project management -deployment and monitoring The main skillsets involved are: -technical: networking and system interoperability, focusing on webservices (xml, soap, html, tcp-ip) -business: airport and DCS related -project management -communication skills, strong customer involvment -team management Active role in the definition of a service offer around system and middleware integration consultancy. On top of rich customer facing activity, we do put strong emphasis on both knowledge capitalisation and process enhancement. From our customer experience we also make an active contribution to the Altea web service product evolution, participating to various forums.
