Head of 3 expert teams, responsible for airline implementation and services. Products in scope are Altea Inventory & Revenue Management suites. Activity of the teams includes: -deployment and adoption of products and solutions by airline customers; -project management: scoping, budget and planning; -legal and commercial support to negociation and contracting; -technical setup and rollout (hosted and cloud); -functional support, test and quality validation; -change management and production rollout; -identify opportunity for upsell -strong emphasis on communication and building customer trust;

My team provides expert support and consultancy to airline customers, in the scope of system deployment and integration with Altea Departure Control. The activity covers: -scoping and identification of interface requirements -solution definition and gap identification -technical and functional support -system Integration and architecture design -project management -deployment and monitoring The main skillsets involved are: -technical: networking and system interoperability, focusing on webservices (xml, soap, html, tcp-ip) -business: airport and DCS related -project management -communication skills, strong customer involvment -team management Active role in the definition of a service offer around system and middleware integration consultancy. On top of rich customer facing activity, we do put strong emphasis on both knowledge capitalisation and process enhancement. From our customer experience we also make an active contribution to the Altea web service product evolution, participating to various forums.

-Responsible for a team in charge of design and development of the flight date module in the Altea inventory complex. This module is aiming at maintaining and providing flight operational data to all the actors: Reservation, inventory, airport & departure control. -Leading studies on transversal subjects to enforce consistency of flight related informations across the full Altea complex: Reservation, Inventory, Departure control. This lead to the development and implementation of a flight timing synchronization framework involving multiple teams. -Active participation in the decomissioning of TPF legacy component providing operational fligth information.
