- Cut cloud infrastructure costs by hundreds of thousands of euros per month. Diagnosed and resolved systemic performance bottlenecks across the stack

- Grew and retained a team of 6 engineers: zero attrition on the core team over 5 years, including full-cycle hiring, coaching, and internal promotion

- Owned the technical roadmap end-to-end: scoped with Product, sequenced for delivery, and consistently shipped on time

- Built the pro driver app from scratch, enabling professional drivers and bus companies to list trips on the platform
