Having a professional experience of eighteen years, I am an expert in the fields of Telecommunications Networks, Value Added Services & Roaming. I am proficient in Information Systems Management, in particular the integration of new service platforms, the Management of Services and Product Development Work as well as Migration, the upgrading of value-added service infrastructure applications. I perfectly ensure the conduct of projects with Telephone Operators (Tunisia Telecoms, Ooredoo Tunisia, Orange Tunisia, Almadar Libya and Freedom Canada, Africell Angola, Africell SL, Africell GB, MTN NG, Maroc Telecom) in a multi-site multinational and multi-cultural resources. I also ensure the arbitration of priorities in the project portfolio and the management of risks, deadlines and budgets as well as team management.
