Management & strategy

Manage a team of 5 ETP . Act as an entrepreneur to extend the perimeter of the categories, grant the success of the missions and establish an efficient governance

Define the group procurement strategy according to the triptych ‘Make, Buy, Share’ allowing the reduction of the external expenses, contain the risk and create business values. Elaborate this strategy based on ‘local & global’ context, internal group studies, TCO, P&L analysis and sustainable studies. Identify the opportunities of mutualisation intra and extra group (Pooling/ JV/ outsourcing…) then assure the deployment and the application locally - 14 entities of the group around the world -

Challenge and support transversal ‘functions-entities- in setting-up international projects while optimising their added value « Costs, Risks ,Deadlines , CSR» and improving profitability

Sourcing & Governance:

Manage strategic call for tenders ‘multi-entities’ and ‘multi-partners’ in accordance with procurement group charter and with respect of regulations (PSEE/ GDPR- EBA/ DORA/Cloud/ SaaS- PaaS- IAD-managed services…)

Lead negotiations and contracting. Manage supplier relation of the KSMs. Track the performance of services, anticipate challenges , anticipate supplier and business risks.

Define global internal and external governance (GAM, VPs, stakeholders), interact with C-Levels of the group, suppliers and partners

ATM Community: (more than 70 members Business/ IT/ operations/ security/ Procurement…)

Manage and animate the ATM community which regroup functions and professions key participants of the BNP Paribas entities. The aim is to coordinate, facilitate and federate around the best practices/ innovations/ regulations/ business value creation through ‘ATM Days/ ATM Expert Meetings’. It’s a key for strategy group deployment and anticipate market

Prepare and organise Expert Meeting and the ‘ATM Days’ in different countries (Portugal/ Polska/ Morocco/ Italy/ Türkiye/ France…)

• ▪ Carry out the Gap Analysis of targeted processes and functionalities which are in line with business requests. The aim is to minimize operational, financial, technical impacts and improve user experience

• ▪ Develop and validate functional migration strategy within the new integrated information system 'Drive', grant the major thresholds while guaranteeing business continuity.

Project management:

• ▪ Arise migration hypothesis and manage business workshops. Coordinate business stakeholders, MOE and IT during the solution implementation. Communicate the state of progress, schedule, sticking points and activate escalation processes if needed.

Team Management:

• ▪ Manage the team and the activity of ' Transversal Business IS' (2 FTP + offshore team 'India'). Define guidance of the function, occur the metrics and follow-up of the activity. Communicate and put to advantage the role of the function and the team to beneficiaries. Elaborate the strategy of simplifying the activity ('LEAN' process)

Project management:

• ▪ Manage European business projects in accordance with Fastwork methodology. Leading role of Process owner during transition phase between GE and ARVAL (Financial merge / pricing convergence)
