AllSessions is an online platform dedicated to improving wellness and team cohesion in corporations, thanks to sports. This is why we have been granted the HappyTech label. Thanks to AllSessions, human ressource departments, chief happiness officers and managers are provided with an easy-to-use online platform to improve the health and happiness of theirs teams. How does it work? Employers and managers buy credits on AllSessions for their employees. Employees can then spend theses credits on our dedicated sport sessions (activities include for example boxing, yoga, crossfit, football etc). Employees can benefit from the sport spaces provided by our partners (like gyms in Paris) and from the experience of our dedicated coaches, who oversee our sport sessions. AllSessions has one mission: encourage employees to practice sports with their colleagues, thus improving their lifestyle and the cohesion of their teams. Through its various functionalities (posting sport sessions, searching sessions in maps, inviting colleagues, gamification and rewards for participating in sport sessions etc), AllSessions differentiates itself from its competitors and takes sport and team-building in corporations to a whole new level. My missions for AllSessions include the following: - code new functionalities for our online platform - improving existing functionalities - discuss, write and code the feature specifications with other cofounders based on our clients' returns and needs - correct bugs - manage remote developer teams and design teams to coordinate the development of new functionalities Used languages and frameworks: PHP, Symfony framework, Javascript.

Incenteev is the leading mobile intranet platform dedicated to sales network management. Incenteev is used by large corporations like Bouygues Telecom, Axa or La Poste to organise large scale incentive programs for their direct sales or distribution networks. Incenteev reduces sales representative turnover by up to 20%. I am currently working in the web development team. My job consists in coding and developing new features for our clients on the platform, writing the test procedures and deploy them. My colleagues and I work together in a scrum environment.
