With several years of experience in HRIS, I support companies in the implementation, management, and optimization of their Workday solution.

I mainly work on HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent), as well as post-go-live support (AMS).

My goal is to ensure data consistency, high-quality deliverables, and strong user adoption, while aligning with business and technical requirements.

• Acted as Benefits configuration lead during the Phase 2 expansion of Workday for a global banking client already live on the module

• Supported rebranding and updates of existing benefit plans: retiring outdated ones, adding new plans, and adjusting configurations based on evolving local requirements

• Managed and validated eligibility rules, enrollment events, and associated business processes.

• Coordinated with HR teams in 14 countries, ensuring localization and compliance with country-specific benefits policies

• Delivered KT sessions, configuration documentation, and supported UAT and post-go-live stabilization

• Performed cross-tenant reviews to align Benefits configuration across Production and Sandbox

Workday Team Lead: Responsible for the deployment of Workday HCM module :

• Participated in design workshops to gather and define client requirements

• Configured and prototyped solutions, conducted testing.

• Led testing sessions with the End users, responded to questions, and managed defect resolution

• Localization : Gathered requirements across multiple countries and authored detailed design documentation

• Oversaw localization configurations for various countries, coordinating closely with offshore teams (India)
