I had the privilege to lead a project with the target of developing a packaging recycling concept with a multi-skills team from DEUX S LOGISTIQUE, SOVAC PRODUCTION, SESE LOGISTICS, VOLKSWAGEN COMERCIAL and SEAT, we:

• Set the project planning and defined the timeline

• Defined the business case (Business model, structure, recycling cost …)

• Negotiated with the customer about the economical offer

• Defined and agreed system-fillings

• Defined recycling lines ramp-up

• Implemented all recycling processes and quality release (in Spain and Algeria) 2. I was part of strategical studies team, among the studies we made:

• xKD Project extention (transition post-MKD) Following the sales request, we developed a transition step which permitted us to increase factory capacity to the double, without changing the project MKD milestones

• SOVAC PRODUCTION Industrialization strategy (2019-2025) After a discussion with our partner SEAT, new features occurred changing project strategy, in this study we had to adapt the project by developing a new orientation considering agreed parameters, so we had to build again the: o Portfolio o Timeline o Shifts & Ramp-up 3. I was ensuring trainings when it came to technical topics

During this experience, I worked with Volkswagen team in the start-up of an SKD project, where we prepared every logistics detail to ensure the successful start Of Production we had in SOVAC PRODCUTION
