1. Team Management: Follow team activity and budget in Agile Mode (Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Backlog review, Story Mappings, Sprint Retrospective ...), 2. Production follow up, 3. Set up of Business processes cartography & Machine learnning, 4. Redesign of chain monitoring tool (ELK Stack), 5. Set up a web interface to access to Trade information worldwide for all SGCIB entities, 6. Regulatory reporting projects (IMVM, EMIR/DFA, IFRS...), 7. Infrastrucutre cost optimization & application capacity planning 8. Various on-going projects :

o Migration from Relationnelle database (Oracle Exadata) to Big data technologies (Haddop, Spark, Hbase...) : faisibility strudy in progress,

o Redesign of database architecture optimized for Oracle Exadata features,

o Definning design enhancements design, writting specifications & testing strategy,

o Continuous improvement of data quality,

o Set up of automatic reconciliation of cartography data (input/output feed). 4. Redesign of chain monitoring tool (ELK Stack) :

o Set up of a monitoring based on cartography data,

o Definition of target architecture & design,

o Redaction of technical/functional specifications, 5. Set up a web interface to access to Trade information worlwide for all SGCIB entities :

o Redaction of technical/functionnal specifications & test casese (pass cases, non pass cases),

o Preparing SQL Queries in order to prepare the SOA layer to access to database,

o Exhibition of APIs in order ease access to cartography and financial transactions (OTC, Listed, Financing, Position ...) in the datawarehouse. 6. Regulatory reporting projects :

o Remediation of Money Market Transaction Reporting (MMTR) for banque de France & Bank of England,

o Implmentation of several FpML enhancement linked to RTS 2.0 requirements for DTCC (DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS...) reporting.

o Review of end of day inventory feeding (File mode) to continuous flow feeding (Message mode). 7. Machine learnning :

o Definition of predictive alert KPIs on input / output flow volumes,

o Definition of the business rules deduced by a machine learning pattern on data variation (dependence between fields ...). 8. Various on-going projects :
