With eight years of professional experience in the electrical hardware installation and security systems field—six years in Tunisia and two years in France—I began my career at Carthago Time and Security Systems, an executive partner of dormakaba in North Africa. I am a committed, responsible, and versatile professional, holding a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification, with strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills.

I am currently working at dormakaba France as a Project Manager (since June 1st), managing projects related to Access Control Systems (ACS), Lodging Systems (LGS), and Entrance and Exit Automation (EAD) products for a world-leading group in security solutions.

Career Highlights:

Successfully led and supervised on-site implementation of advanced electrical security systems for major industrial partners, including Leoni Wiring Systems (Tunisia), Dräxlmaier (Tunisia), Kromberg & Schubert (Macedonia and UAE), and Nani SARL (Tunisia).

Delivered full project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Trained, coordinated, and led a multidisciplinary team of three Hardware and Software technicians, strengthening technical expertise and operational efficiency.

Acted as a key technical and project interface between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders on international projects.
