• Setup and deployed an internet-facing production banking web application.
• Provisioned servers with different environments (Windows/Linux; dev, staging, prod)

• Established the git flow and release processes.
• Grew the team from 1 to 4 developers (testing, interviewing, mentoring).
• Guided new team members during onboarding.
• Upgraded the project framework from Django 2 to Django 4.

• Separated backend from frontend.

• Setup monitoring and logging using Elastic Stack and email alerting.
