Meriem Ka

- Advised company founders, C-level executives and board members in implementing their business models and crisis exit strategies; including emergency cash management, working capital decrease, short-term cost reduction, and divestment options.

- Acted as CEO or Turnaround officer of companies undergoing restructuring across several sectors, focused on EBITDA increase with mostly cost reduction efforts, as well as internal reorganization

- Amongst others: Participated in the merger of Credit du Nord and Société Générale in France, worked with the HCDP to design the strategy of a $4 Bn scholarship fund in Saudi Arabia.

- Advised the United States government on private-sector support in Tunisia.

- Identified and proposed structural projects to expand international and local investment – such as the construction of a deep-water port.

- Evaluated the impact and contribution of systemic private projects, notably Public-Private Partnerships, to the economy.

Prime Minister Office - COVID RESPONSE: Worked closely with the Prime Minister's team to design Tunisia's Covid response strategy. Ministry of Investment - FUND RAISING: Advised several Development Finance Institutions on a strategy to develop the Tunisian private sector.
