At Qevlar AI, I led the development of an autonomous SOC investigation platform—translating real analyst workflows into AI-driven investigations that achieved 95%+ accuracy and cut investigation time by 10×. I defined product vision and roadmap, designed evaluation frameworks for LLM performance, and implemented processes for prioritization, feedback loops, and data-driven improvement.

Previously as VP of Product at Maestro, I built and scaled the product organization from the ground up, overseeing 30+ people and embedding structure, analytics, and a transparent culture across teams. Earlier at Ubisoft, I led creation of widely adopted B2B and B2C products serving millions of users annually.
