Previously Founder & COO in the HR Industry, I combine my latest experience in recruitment, operations and entrepreneurship with my creative interests. Starting 2021, I started working freelance for growing businesses in the creative industry helping them source top profiles (mid-senior, advisors), build creative teams (design, product, brand), implement talent pool and employer brand strategies. I also help UX/UI, Product designers, Brand Designers, Artists get (remote) jobs.

Founder & COO
We launched High Flyers in 2016 and helped fast-growing start-ups recruit mid & top talents. We grew the company from 2 to +15 employees. I took the lead on building and managing the team which was made up of Recruiting Team (core operations), Sales and Marketing, Product and Tech, and management.
As a COO, I mainly focused on :
- Daily Management + Implementing management process
- Ensuring Performance, set up objectives and helping out the team
- Streamlining internal process to ensure efficiency (sales pitch, documenting team knowledge, CRM tool, remote org, tool implementation like upflow, payfit etc)
- Branding & Marketing : website redesign and build with Wordpress, content strategy, built Talent Effect Newsletter shared to +700 for 1 year.
- I also hired top talent for Heetch, Merci Handy, Upflow, Ornikar, Cubyn, Stuart, JobTeaser & more.
I developed solid soft skills mainly from managing people, dealing with our top clients and quarterly board meetings.
Today, I wish to develop my creative skills working on design-related projects.
As a COO, I mainly focused on :
