With over ten years’ experience, I have specialised in IT recruitment since 2011, having built up solid expertise in identifying, approaching and hiring the best IT talent for a wide range of roles, including developers, engineers, testers and IT managers. I manage the entire recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and headhunting to interviews, as well as managing offers and negotiating contracts.

My approach is both strategic and people-focused. I work closely with hiring managers to clearly define their needs, draft compelling job descriptions and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. At the same time, I place great importance on providing an excellent candidate experience, maintaining transparent communication and building lasting professional relationships.

In addition to my expertise in recruitment, I hold a certification in professional coaching and NLP, which enables me to tailor my communication to different stakeholders, build trust, and support individuals in aligning their career goals with the organisation’s needs. This dual expertise enables me to bring both technical knowledge and a human touch to every assignment.
