Co-fondatrice de la société Alter Ego biotech, j'apporte mes compétences CMC développées pendant 12 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique aux biotech dans les phases d'industrialisation de leur procédé (design & développement de procédé, scale-up, tech transfer et validation) en intégrant les requis réglementaires.
La CMC étant adressée trop tardivement, l'idée est d'aborder cette thématique au bon moment et au juste niveau en fonction du stade de développement et de la typologie de produit.
Ma contribution est autant technique (tropisme principal = procédé) que stratégique et j'ai à cœur de le faire dans un environnement constructif en interagissant comme partenaire des biotech.
