Hi this is Marcos! I'm a QA Engineer with 12 years of experience testing web, mobile, desktop, and AR products. My core strengths are manual frontend testing, REST API testing with Postman, database validation with SQL, and working with cloud observability tools like AWS CloudWatch and DynamoDB.

I've worked across agencies, product teams, and logistics platforms, adapting to different methodologies, tools, and team sizes. I'm comfortable owning quality end-to-end: from test planning and case design to execution, bug reporting, and root cause analysis.

I also have hands-on experience testing AI-powered products conversational chatbots, gaming campaigns, and contest platforms where I learned to design structured test cases for non-deterministic outputs and unpredictable user flows.

On the automation side, I'm actively learning Playwright with TypeScript and have a background in REST API automation using Codeception (PHP). It's a growing area for me, and something I'm building on deliberately.
