Long before AI, I consistently positioned myself at the intersection of technological and organizational breakthroughs that enable companies to do more with what they already have.

In 2009, I was already leveraging what is now called front-end development to divide infrastructure costs by 10, while improving user experience.

By 2012, I had adopted Agile methodologies to drastically reduce project risks, avoid costly missteps, and bring teams closer to operational reality.

Today, a new problem is emerging.

Companies have never produced so much intelligence. And yet, they have never lost so much value.

Every analysis, every decision, every interaction creates value… that disappears across tools, meetings, or employee turnover.

This is no longer a production problem. It is a structural capitalization problem.

And this is precisely where my expertise lies.
