Accompany organization and develop people to reach their objectives is what I like the most. And this is what I’ve been doing for 15 years; as an HR Business Partner and more recently as a professional coach.

Eager to develop my skills to better support, groups, individuals, and businesses I decided to train myself to professional coaching. The coaching approach is a great tool in the sense that it enables meaningful changes that are built by the persons themselves. And this is a wonderful gift for oneself and for me.

My past positions gave me the opportunity to become an HR generalist in various environments such as industrial sites, large projects within matrix organizations, headquarters and lately as HRBP for a region (Europe & Asia) and a business/operations division.

Last but not least, my engagement in diverse associations is important to me. It’s my “hummingbird bit” to promote inclusion and feminisation in organizations and in the society.
