I created my own company for consultation missions regarding payments, fraud, anticheat, account protection in videogames and ecommerce.

Fully moved towards people management while ensuring daily operations run smoothly globally. Collaborated with other gaming companies and the

European Comission in order to ensure Blizzard's interests in payment and fraud EU initiatives. Represented Blizzard also in the payment and fraud circles and conferences as participant and speaker.

While still working directly on fraud both in-game and payments, I have moved on to new responsibilities to ensure the team's performance and improve communication with our team members in other regions. Some of the new responsibilities are:

- Mentoring and coaching the rest of the analysts.

- Team scheduling.

- Supervise operations.

- Assisting team manager when required.

- Coordinate with branches in other regions for coverage and fraud trends.

- Ensure adequate response time for payment review.
