We specialise in bringing cocktail bars to B2B & B2C events.
In the past 4 years we have managed to considerably increase our client portfolio and therefore drastically increase the company revenues. It was a fantastic experience as the entire development of that branch was my responsibility.
We have worked for the biggest such as Dior, LVMH, Adidas, Roland Garros, Berluti and so much more.

- 4 months at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Part of the opening team of one of the top London restaurant. Due to the Management trainee program I had the chance to rotate through the different positions of the restaurant, starting as a Commis and then Chef de rang and finally Head waiter.
- 4 months at the Mandarin Bar. I had the chance to learn and to improve my managerial skills. Indeed I develop myself as a leader. I joined the team with really limited knowledge on spirits and cocktail, but with hard work and motivation I managed to be a waiter, a bar tender and a supervisor shadowing the assistant manager.
- 4 months Back of House. This was a totally different experience which gives a bigger picture of the whole Food and Beverage outlets. As a back of house supervisor I had to learn how to manage a team during day,evening and night shifts.
