. Assisting Finance by tracking cost evolution from the start to the end of each project, in coordination with Project Managers
• Supporting Procurement during RFQ phases (request for quotation) by selecting the most competitive suppliers and negotiating the best prices through should-cost analysis
• Leading supplier improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools, such as value stream mapping
• Assisting Project Managers in monitoring risks, savings, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
• Costing: hourly rates and overhead calculation, creation of tools and databases, design to cost approach. • Monitor, control and forecast cost projects
• Preparation and delivery weekly and monthly cost reports (EAC, forecast, cashflow)
• Collection, analysis and validation of cost data (purchase orders, invoices, orders, contracts)
• Technical skills on several processes: laser cutting, CNC machining, stamping, composite, welding and mechanical assemblies, painting and others.
