This may seem too broad a description but I have had the chance to work as all of the aforementioned roles in a couple of Scale-Ups (namely Payfit and Deliveroo). I'm a team-player and enthusiastic learner with a capacity to quickly ramp-up to your company's culture and business context.

Working as a Sales Operations Manager and then as a Business Analyst for Deliveroo, I honed my data analysis and visualization skills on gigantic datasets with complex transactional data structures. I developped the dashboards used by the country management to pilot commercial and marketing teams. I trained commercial teams in the use of various tools such as Google Sheets and Looker.


Working as an International Operations Manager, CRM Administrator, Growth Engineer and then Growth Engineer Lead for Payfit, I optimised processes and implemented automations across 5 markets, both for Customer Success and Sales teams. I implemented NPS and CSAT scoring for these markets & also developed Google Add-Ons to allow colleagues to automate data-uploads and Slack newsletters.
