• Established French customer service operations, managing 7 suppliers, 35 customers, 100 machines, and 60 maintenance contracts.

• Designed and implemented maintenance procedures, customer feedback processes, stock management, and optimized field service engineer scheduling.

• Led technical discussion groups, acting as the primary contact for service and maintenance matters for both customers and suppliers.

• Performed data analysis (expenditures, spare parts, time, and location) to enhance resource management and generate cost savings.

• Delivered application support to the sales team and customers, providing training on technologies and ensuring smooth installation, planning, and maintenance processes.

• As Head of the Acoustic Microscopy Department, managed team scheduling and resource allocation, including 5 Field Service Engineers (FSEs).

• Led maintenance, troubleshooting, and audit operations in the semiconductor sector, collaborating with 4 manufacturers and overseeing 17 machines.

• Performed equipment installation, commissioning, and delivered customer training.

• Developed and implemented machine virtualization and remote troubleshooting solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime and travel costs.

• Directed FSE training programs and acted as the primary liaison for suppliers across EMEA, USA, and APAC regions.

• Conducted onboarding and technical training for new engineers, while ensuring 24/7 on-call support.
