- Bilingue anglais (fort, 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle à l’étranger), je suis à l’aise dans des environnements internationaux.

Je viens en renfort court (1 à 3 mois max) pour :

- Backend PHP : refonte / migration legacy → moderne, scaling API, import/performance massif, qualité code + tests – toujours avec un focus sur l’impact business et la simplicité durable

- Engineering Manager intérim : prise en main rapide d’une équipe (5-10 personnes), remise sur rails delivery, process agile light, réduction dette tech, accompagnement transition/recrutement accéléré – en priorisant les décisions pragmatiques qui servent le produit

- 7 ans chez Deezer → architecture import musique/podcasts critique (millions tracks/jour), haute disponibilité, niche industrie musicale

- 3 ans hands-on Engineering Manager chez Ornikar → lead d’une équipe de 9 software et QA engineers, optimisation de la delivery et du fonctionnement quotidien de l’équipe
