I was part of a transformation program that aims at empowering your team to deliver high-quality and secured applications and services at high velocity; and to deliver them at scale and on a continually evolving basis. As a DevOps Expert, I joined the CICD Team and I was in charge of supporting the project teams in their transformation journey. That implies for my part to:

- Creating maturity model — based on DORA's research program — to evaluate where each project team are in their software delivery journey

- Conducting an audit to define the state of the art of each teams and to define the target objectives regarding software delivery

- Defining an action plan to help each team to migrate their software delivery factory to the target one.

- Conducting demos and Proof of concepts to make teams aware of the benefits of SAST with SonarQube

- Delivering trainings for teams with support on technical tools and technologies used in our target software delivery factory

- Creating CI/CD and deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions including quality and security gates to ensure that developers continuously improve code quality and security

- Providing technical advisory and workshops to help teams better design and architect their apps

- Creating shared GitHub Actions and Workflows to address common use cases and solve common issues encountered by each teams throughout their migration

- Introducing and implementing the Four Keys metrics to measure teams' software delivery performance

Saveur Bière is France's market-leader for online beer sales, offering an ever growing range of bottled beers, beer pumps, beer glasses, and beer assortments. I lead the Platform Engineering Team. We empower the business to continuously improve the customer experience. This entails :

• Defining OKRs aligned with the company goals

• Auditing the existing AWS Infrastructure and building the action plan to improve the platform security, reliability, operational efficiency, performance and cost efficiency

• Load/stress testing the platform to ensure that it is well sized for the Black Friday 2021 Event

• Creating a CMDB (asset inventory) to gather information about our the IT assets

• Creating architecture diagrams using the C4 Model and Diagram as Code (with Structurizr / plantUML)

• Leading Adoption of the RFC/ADR for Documenting Design Decisions

• Defining SLI , SLO and Alarms to monitor the critical user flows on our eStores

• Creating and maintaining a ChangeLog about what's new on the platform to keep all stakeholders informed

• Creating our team KanBan board with relevant issue types to manage our tasks

• Using AWS CDK (IaC) to provide robust and reproductible environments to host our workloads on AWS

• Providing the best level of technical support to our development teams without affecting their productivity

• Continuously improving the compliance of our platform with the AB InBev Group's standards
