Lily Pierre

I am an independent HR consultant with 10+ years of international experience spanning law, global HR leadership, and coaching across Europe, MENA, APAC and the Americas.

My work sits at the intersection of three areas: complex organisational transitions (carve-outs, restructuring, standalone builds), international career and mobility support for professionals navigating new environments, and cross-cultural workshops for organisations managing internationally diverse teams.

My most significant mandate to date: the HR workstream of the ENVU carve-out from Bayer, a 2,000+ employee, 47-country standalone organisation built from the ground up in a private equity context. I designed and implemented the full HR policy framework, managed works council engagement (including German employee representatives), and led workforce alignment across the new entity.

Before moving into HR, I practised as a legal counsel in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector which gives me an unusual ability to operate at the intersection of legal, people, and organisational complexity.
