Simplicia is a French legal tech SaaS company providing digital solutions to streamline and automate the management of workplace accidents, occupational diseases and related legal processes for law firms and corporate legal teams.

In this role, I worked primarily on commercial and contractual matters, including the drafting and review of customer agreements and commercial documentation, as well as intellectual property–related issues connected to a SaaS environment.

I also contributed to data protection and IT law–related topics, including GDPR documentation and internal compliance materials, and supported legal aspects of commercial partnerships when required.

Worked for the French Ministry of the Interior between 2019 and 2022 in different capacities.

Acted as an Advisor providing legal, strategic, and communications-related support within:

-> the Internal Affairs of the Military Police (General Inspection of the National Gendarmerie - IGGN (Inspection Générale de la Gendarmerie Nationale))

-> the Communications Department of the National (civil) Police - SICoP (Service d'Information et de Communication de la Police Nationale).

As a Reserve Officer, served in three Paris police stations, supporting both operational and administrative activities.
