During my time in Demak, I was responsible for and pro-actively participated in several minor and major promotional, marketing and administrative activities, such as liaising with advertising firms and coordinating some advertising campaign, managing workflow between staff, coordinating documents, coordinating with government institute to problem-solving and support staff, liaising with customers and sales staff to better understand customer needs and recommend an appropriate solution. I have acted as an information liaison between sales staff and 300 + sales & service distribution networks around the country by providing the required information and appropriate solutions to increase superior customer service. Also, during my time I have created and maintained a database including all the information about the company's clients and together we increased 90% the performance of our department. Moreover, I had the great opportunity to learn what is it like to function and work in various departments within the firm.
