J'ai passé près de deux ans au sein d'équipes opérationnelles, appelé en renfort quand le reporting tournait au chaos : doublons, trackers Excel manuels, dashboards auxquels plus personne ne faisait confiance. Mon rôle était de fiabiliser les chiffres : écrire du SQL pour construire des modèles de données propres, automatiser ce qui était fait à la main, et livrer des dashboards Power BI, Tableau et Metabase réellement utilisés pour décider.🧑💻
Ce travail m'a ramené sans cesse à la même question : pourquoi un dashboard "simple" prend-il autant de temps à construire, et pourquoi casse-t-il si souvent ? Alors, sur mon temps libre, j'ai appris la couche technique en dessous — Python, dbt, Airflow, Databricks — et construit un pipeline complet, de la donnée API brute jusqu'à un lakehouse de niveau production (NutriChain Food Lakehouse), la même architecture que celle utilisée par les équipes data modernes.
Je ne me présente pas comme un ingénieur qui n'a jamais livré de reporting. Je suis analyste data et consultant BI qui comprend désormais ce qui se passe sous le capot — ce qui veut dire moins de dashboards cassés, un delivery plus rapide, et un reporting qui ne s'effondre pas au premier changement de source.
