Design and configure the edge network (PE) for customers (terrestrial and maritime), maintaining up to date as-built documentation and target configurations (HLD and LLD report).

Creates, tests and evaluates customers networks. Also, identifying areas for improvement, carrying out upgrades.

Carry out POCs in order to prepare new versions or technological changes and discover the projects adapted to the client's development and gather the key requirements.

L3 support and perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network issues of customer incident resolution and Incident reporting (drafting of reports, implementation of quality monitoring indicators).

Equipment: C3650, ME3400, C4506, ISR4431, ASR1000, ESR10K, Juniper MX480, Satellite HUB/Modem (iDirect, Newtec).

- Managing projects to coordinate network enhancements, auditing the networks and choice support and equipment (switches, routers and firewall).

-Designing and configuring the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) and implementation of best practices. Also, Monitoring the network and providing high-level support (L2 and L3 support).

-Report of detailed documentation of the architecture and target configurations (HLD and LLD report).

-Engaging with stakeholders and leadership to ensure needs are met, manage and negotiate all requests for change order and evaluate the risks, communicate the impacts for corporate planning and share progress via dashboard.

-Carry out POCs in order to prepare new versions or technological changes and discover the projects adapted to the client's development and gather the key requirements. Also, Provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and improvements specific to customer needs.

-Expert Commitee Member: Create and elaborate BID documents, define specifications, evaluate sellers and pre-qualified list. Partnership with multiples vendors network equipment (Cisco, Huawei, Legrand, AKI).

-Contribute and collaborate internally, share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Technical Expert (TE).

-Equipment: Cisco C2960, C3750, C3850, ISR 4431, Huawei S5700 CloudEngine, DELL NS, Wi-Fi Aruba IAP-315.
