Currently Process Improvement Manager at Biobest, I lead process optimization, the integration of new production flows, and the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). My approach combines the Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) methodology, hands-on field analysis, and modeling tools to turn concrete operational problems into measurable gains.
