Responsible for aligning Creative, Marketing, Procurement and Development teams on Visual Merchandising projects. Managing budget constraints. Implementation, enhancement of timelines and processes of the Global Visual Merchandising department. Key contact for Regional teams to ensure that the global direction is followed and regional goals are met. Corporate initiatives with other brands, sharing and implementing best practices.
