Leading the delivery of industrialized data solutions to help clients make better decisions. Some recent experiences : Helped a retail player leverage their operational data to unlock business supporting insights. Led the design and deployment of their data platform fed by different sources (SAP, Shopify, Salesforce, Google Analytics), inspired by Data mesh principles and enabling data sharing between data domains. GCP stack: Google Composer (GKE + Airflow), BigQuery, dbt, Cloud Build, Github, Cloud Functions. Optimized data pipelines for performance and resiliency by adding alerting systems for failure and advised on best practices for CI/CD and industrialization for a financial client. Azure stack : Azure Synapse Analytics (pipelines, notebooks, Dedicated SQL pool), Logicapps, Azure DevOps. Currently drawing a data roadmap for an aviation client, supported by designing and leading the development of an industrialization-ready MVP.
