After 10+ years in Recruitment within the Tech industry, working for startups and scale ups, I've decided to dedicate a part of my time to freelance activities to help more companies in structuring their Recruitment Strategy, coaching Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Co-Founders to build a better experience for Everyone.

I have experience working for: software editors, cloud providers, aerospace - and have a strong knowledge for the data & manufacturing ecosystems.
