-Thome Memorial Foundation grant.
• Developed and implemented a scalable and defined process for the generation of retinal pigment epithelium cells from human pluripotent stem cells.
• Performed a high-throughput screen and identified compounds which increase retinal pigment epithelium differentiation from human pluripotent stem cells.
• Resulted in 6 publications, 3 posters and 2 oral presentations at international conferences.
