• 150+ environmental & social (E&S) risk reviews performed on corporate clients (credit reviews or reputation risk committees).

• Supporting front officers in the client engagement meetings & roadmaps (obtained c. 20 client commitments to align with the bank's policies). Main sectors covered include commodity trading, food & beverages, shipping, aviation, renewable energies, and extractive industries. This also involved presenting EU ESG regulations such as the CSRD and the bank's in-house methodologies.

• Contribution to the bank's strategic executive decisions through in-house portfolio impact assessments in order to implement the bank's climate aligned and deforestation-free agriculture commitments:

◦ Benchmarking GHG emissions reduction strategies of 20+ dairy companies, c. €30m net banking income.

◦ Benchmarking 60+ supply chain commitments on deforestation, traceability & human rights - palm oil, soy, cocoa, coffee, rubber and timber c. €150m net banking income.

• Providing research on thermal coal, upstream O&G and tobacco company exclusions. Presenting results to Business Unit Heads and Regional Managers. Preparing executive papers before the Group's CEO-supervised Responsible Commitments Committee. This also involved participation in European Central Bank (ECB) on-site inspections.

• Enhancement of Business Unit and Group E&S methodologies: Adapting scopes, definitions and implementation of 10+ sector policies and EU Taxonomy-linked climate score tools on 3 sectors (aviation, shipping, agri-food).

• Collaboration with IT teams and ESG rating providers on digital systematization of internal E&S risk reviews for 1,200+ corporate clients c. 200+ users among credit analysts and bankers globally.

• Supporting the bank's Incubator program by interviewing and giving expert opinions on startups launching ESG solution platforms.

• 40+ E&S risk reviews performed on project financing and project-related consultancy mandates against international standards (IFC Performance Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, categorization with reference to Equator Principles). This includes E&S risks identification and management assessments (ESIAs, ESMPs and ESAPs at feasibility, construction and operational stages) as well as defining the consultant's scope of work and engaging them on the field. Projects total amount usually between €100m-€1 b.

• Development of E&S due diligence expertise to assess projects in the mining, wind, solar and battery sectors.

• Coordination of reporting, contribution to the automation of transaction monitoring, revision of operating procedures, and assistance with the development of the bank's strategy in terms of E&S sector policy definition. Dialogue and knowledge sharing with the European Investment Bank (EIB).
