My role sits at the intersection of business and tech: I translate complex requirements into data strategies, coordinate architects and engineers, align stakeholders, and ship data products that create real value — dashboards, platforms, data models, regulatory reports.

Recent highlights:

— Led Pernod Ricard's CSRD data stream end-to-end, delivering the Group's first regulatory sustainability report — integrating many business domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, H&S) across all Group entities

— Designed and shipped the S&R Cockpit, a suite of business dashboards exposing Group-wide sustainability metrics and tracking CSRD consolidation progress in real time

— Owned and industrialized Data Hub products on Snowflake, enabling data reuse across many business applications and BI dashboards

— Previously managed large-scale IT programs at Total (€27m budget, 80,000 users, 25-country rollout) and AXA

I bridge business and technical teams — in both directions: translating complex business needs into actionable technical specs, and surfacing technical constraints and trade-offs back to stakeholders. I don't write the code, I make sure the right things get built, in the right order, for the right people.

Curious by nature, I also experiment with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to prototype tools and explore what's possible when business intuition meets modern AI — including personal apps like MyDay and RadioWidget.
