Participated in the development of a tuna fishing simulation prototype under climate change and spatial management scenarios. Configured catch targets using historical data, implemented temporal distribution and spatial closures, and designed dashboards summarizing the impacts of fisheries.

Studied energy transfer between trophic levels by integrating a mechanistic C++ model. Conducted literature review, improved model assumptions, and performed data analysis in Python for results interpretation.

Refactored the Lagrangian model "IKAMOANA" predicting fish cohort movements. Improved code performance and modularity, designed an architecture for automation. Contributed to a peer-reviewed publication.
