Together.do objective was to provide a trustworthy third-party toolbox for e-merchants to match relevant partners and carry on successful collaborations.

As its CTO, my main tasks were to build the main product of our company, and make it evolve according to our users need. To do so I built the MVP of the product from scratch, design it's architecture and open it to our first users. I also built a product team to help me accelerate the development when we needed it.

It allowed me to create different bricks:

- Build a complete base SaaS product, with user authentication, account management, its main UX etc...

- Integrate third-parties APIs to fetch data and automate task for our users

- Make webhook systems that scales

- Manage and pilot a team of 5 people, making the evolution of the product smooth and easy

- Set-up processes to communicate efficiently for all people within the company

At Mindsay, we help travel companies around the world enhance their customer support and experience & boost their ancillary sales using A.I powered chatbots. Major airlines, such as Iberia, Vueling or Frenchbee, rely on our technology to provide one-to-one care at scale to their millions of passengers. We're growing fast and we're hiring! This product is RoR API + VueJS front and is very complete, I have the objective to make mindsay.com an easy tool to allow anybody building its own assistant.

Booking.com is a well known website that help leisure and business travellers, whatever their budgets, easily discover, book, and enjoy the world's best places to stay. I came to this company after the buying of Pricematch, the start-up where I worked before. The product of this start-up is now integrated into the suite of softwares for hotels proposed by Booking.com under the name BookingSuite. My main goal is to improve the connectivity of RateManager products to get the best data we can have for our customers from the thousands of hotel's industry software.
