Worked the Belgium company managing Brussels public transport as a the project consisted of several systems based on IBM BAW, Filenet and Java backend providing infraction related services to the agents in the field. Being a small team my role was very diverse ranging from solution architect and business analysts gathering the detailed specs from business to developer and creating the project architecture, i also developed in BAW the supporting workflows and interfaces, in Filenet we created the supporting document management system, with functions as receiving and processing incoming postal letters, passing thru Kofax processing and automatically forwarding to the correct process. In the backend side we evolved an already existing J2EE application that provided rest services to the Filenet / BAW processes, this services provided business logic, data persistence in Oracle DB and document generation with Scriptura integration.

Worked as in leading a team of 20 Developers and analysts to design and deployed several business processes integrated into the banks systems. My responsibilities were handling the initial discovery sessions with the business, evaluating the request, and preparing an initial draft of the architecture and estimation of effort and cost, After project approval was responsible for the creation of the HLD (High Level Diagram) and approval of the LLD (Low Level Diagrams), the different projects allowed me to work with several technologies as events architecture, micro services, and big data technologies to handle the constant flow of daily data. These projects were often critical to the bank and needed to be designed from the ground up with focus on resilience and performance under load. Part of my job was also to animate the developer's bimonthly sessions to share experiences and foster a community sense in the team, also curated a confluence wiki congregating information that was dispersed in different repositories and created the basis for developer's reference and easy onboarding of new resources.

• Working as my responsibilities have been to conduct workshops with the internal customers, asses their needs, establish the goals for the projects, establish a planning and a budget. In the development stage I coordinate the cycles of development / testing and production deployments. I work in close collaboration with the Geobus department that handles the Enterprise System Bus of Geodis, this has allowed me to integrate the developed processes with several other internal Geodis systems like SAP and EDI products like Sterling. For the support division i've been the technical leader and manager for the support team advising and helping resolve all the issues for a platform used 24h/24h worldwide, complying with Service Level Agreements established with the business partners, the critical and urgency part of this mission has pleased me and i've learned how to work under pressure and tight delays. I've also been in charge of the migration from version 7.5 to version 8.6, which was a 6-month project that involved processes refactoring, version testing and go live planning.
