Architected a React/TypeScript dashboard framework with Tailwind CSS, Recharts, and shadcn/ui, replacing legacy jQuery/D3 dashboards — reducing code per dashboard by 75% and cutting delivery of new analytics views from days to hours. Evolved the analytics backend through three architectures — ORM queries, pre-cached background jobs, and AI-assisted on-the-fly SQL — achieving sub-second responses with always-live data. Engineered a GIS mapping system rendering 10,000+ geospatial features with Leaflet, client-side clustering, automatic vector-to-raster fallback at high density, and PostGIS spatial caching for sub-second interactions at any scale. Created 24+ PostgreSQL views to eliminate N+1 queries and reduce API response times; refactored data providers into an abstract class hierarchy, cutting hundreds of lines of duplicate code. Designed a self-service custom map layer system letting clients integrate ArcGIS services without code changes, supporting server-rendered tile layers and client-side vector features with automatic style extraction from ESRI metadata. Developed a full-stack bulk import pipeline supporting 18 asset types via CSV and ArcGIS feature services, with a two-phase validate-then-import workflow returning per-cell error severity in a sparse matrix for real-time preview feedback. Owned the compliance reporting module — interactive maps, snapshot preservation, KPI aggregation, and report locking for audit-proof regulatory submissions. Established a config-driven architecture with 15 frontend config modules (300+ entries) and 83 backend domain enums, so new features require configuration rather than custom code.
