Product Manager en poste dans l'édition de logiciels SaaS B2B, avec une expérience préalable en Customer Success. Je combine une bonne compréhension des enjeux produit et de la relation client pour aider mes interlocuteurs à clarifier un besoin, cadrer une spec, ou auditer un point de friction produit.

Je conduis mes missions en asynchrone : livrables écrits (cahiers des charges, user stories, rapports d'audit, documentation), échanges par écrit ou messages vocaux, disponibilité en soirée et le week-end. Cette organisation me permet d'apporter un regard rigoureux et réactif, sans les contraintes d'agenda d'une prestation classique.
