Led end-to-end design and user research for both customer and internal platforms. Spearheaded the migration of the company's design system from Sketch to Figma, enhancing collaboration and scalability. Designed and launched a Moderation feature to detect and manage sensitive content across private community platforms. Mentored junior designers through weekly check-ins and design critiques to support professional growth. Partnered with clients including Boeing, CERN, Obama Foundation, and Ivy League institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Cornell, and Princeton.

Services included, but were not limited to UX/UI consulting, user research, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, landing page designs, resume design, and Squarespace website design. Past work involved industries in fitness training, job recruitment, e commerce, and travel/hospitality.

Designed responsive web, mobile and app interfaces for both markets of caregivers and family experiences in the US from Jul 2020 - Sep 2021. Led the app designs for Care's newest revenue generating feature in instantly booking a sitter. Transferred to Care's international team in Sep 2021 to help expand business initiatives for global market places that included Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, and several other European countries.
