TripAdvisor Restaurants (TAR) Solutions has been launched in 2016 to monetize the traffic driven by its 4.6M restaurants and 600M reviews. I was entrusted with the role of manager of TAR analytics, to support the growth of this new department. I was leading the analytics team, working on both TAR and TheFork Sales & Services.

o Agile methodology implementation to streamline the analytics organization & improve our efficiency.
o Strong commitment to ease Boston (TAR) – Paris/Barcelona (TheFork) communications, incl. frequent business trips.
o Sponsor & highly involved stakeholder of TheFork new Business Intelligence system implementation.

LaFourchette (TheFork) has been acquired by TripAdvisor in 2014. I joined the company after its sale, as SalesOps Business Analyst, to build scalable B2B reports, support the international development and ensure consistency of the sales compensation model.

Design and management of the whole SalesReps variable compensation plan over 10+ countries
o Target setting & target achievement tracking with each Country Manager – frequent trips to Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
o Global & individual reporting setup (on a weekly / monthly basis) for all 200+ Sales Reps & managers of each country.

Creation, redesign and automation of B2B reporting at local & international levels
o Implemented a standardized, automated (SQL+VBa), consolidated reporting for all the countries.
o Shared consistent metrics to improve business performance (via ‘analytics’ newsletters, monthly B2B presentations…).
