Market Order Demand Forecasting Led the design of a predictive ordering solution to assist store teams in managing fresh product (market) inventory. ✅ Built a demand forecasting model using historical sales, seasonality, and local store patterns ✅ Generated automated order proposals based on predicted demand to support in-store teams ✅ Ensured smooth integration with store ordering tools and defined KPIs to monitor performance and adoption Goal: Help store staff make smarter, data-driven order decisions to optimize availability and minimize waste
