Handling complex incidents: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues involving technologies such as Infoblox, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, EfficientIP, and Azure Cloud environments. Client support and collaborative troubleshooting: Organize and participate in calls with clients to understand problems, conduct in-depth investigations, and provide real time solutions. Ensure availability to handle urgent technical incidents outside of regular working hours, guaranteeing service continuity. Implement, configure, and optimize network and security solutions by leveraging the features of the mentioned tools and technologies.

Ticket management (N1, N2, N3) Handle technical requests based on DNS-DHCP-IPAM needs. Incident qualification: Provide support for incident resolution, escalation, R&D, and PS. DNS server management: Smart Architecture, DNS zones, DNS resource records, DNS report analytics. DHCP server management: Replication, IPAM-DHCP provisioning, IPAM-DHCP reporting, DHCP report analytics. IPAM configuration: Manage IPAM descriptions, IP addresses, gateway offsets, VLANs.

Design and validation of OUTDOOR sites: Based on 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies. Deployment and optimization of relay antennas For network performance improvement. Equipment troubleshooting: Radio networks, relay antennas, and related technologies. Supervising telecom network design: Including qualification of radio areas, coverage, etc.
